Guardian Pharmacy apologises to Customerawaaz user-offers refund.

Last month One of our dear friends was travelling abroad after a brief stay in India. And he bought a couple packs of Hamdard Joshanda which is branded as an immunity boosting medicine by the company. He bought it from one of the leading pharmacy medicine stores  Guardian pharmacy.

Unfortunately when they wanted to use the same at their residence the product turned out to be defective as they found some worms in the same which made the pack unusable.

The customer promptly corresponded with the manufactrer in this case Hamdard and also with the vendor Guardian Pharmacy, all the same copying us on the communication at info@customerawaaz.com.

There was no response from the manufacturer Hamdard but Guardian promptly responded back. They confirmed that they have communicated the same to the manufacturer and that they would communicate back to the customer upon hearing from the vendor.

We at Customerawaaz.com promptly reminded them of their obligations to the customer, and the implications of having sold a defective product.

Guardian Pharmacy promptly responded to the customer assuring them of a full refund of their money paid finally resulting in a customer win. The manufacturer Hamdard has very surprisingly chosen not to respond at all to any of our communication and matter of factly all mails sent to info@hamdard.com have bounced back. Further, there was no other means of communication suggested by the organisation on their website. We advise all our customers to be cautious while dealing with such vendors.

Customerawaaz encourages all customers to discover their inherent customer power which is nothing but the power of spending their hard earned money in the way they want, and getting the full value of money spent.
